1. What this list is
YecoAI uses the entities below to provide DeskNexo. Ticket bodies of End Users are only sent where the table says so, and then only after Yeco-PII redaction except for encrypted storage in the EEA. A BYOK or self-hosted LLM endpoint that you configure is your processor (or your own system), not YecoAI’s, unless we operate it.
